Intercultural dialogue is defined as communication between persons or groups of different language and cultural nationalities. This is derived from the following fundamental definitions: communication is the active relationship established between people through language, and intercultural means that this relationship is between people of different cultures, where culture is the structured thing of human relation in social life within specific national and local contexts, e. g. , linguistic, economic, professional. We know that language and culture are inseparable. Language makes no sense and has no meaning outside the cultural setting in which it is spoken. They are inseparably interlaced with each other. People decide that the awareness of other cultures is as important as skill in using their language Culture implementation should be integrated with language teaching in many aspects and at divisible levels so that learners multicultural communicative skills can be advanced. First, successful intercultural communication cause a great deal that is more than language skills, understanding a second language does not ensure understanding the speakers intentions. The ability to communicate effectively with native speakers expect not only language skills but also on comprehension of cultural habits and expectations. 1, с. 27.
