После подготовки каждая группа выходит перед аудиторией и высказывает свою позицию.
Я использовала технологию позиционного чтения при работе с текстом The Titanic со студентами второго курса. Текст представляет собой разговор между журналистом и пассажиром Титаника, которые вспоминают сам корабль и события того дня, когда он врезался в айсберг.
Студенты представляли следующие позиции после прочтения текста:
Группа Thesis (формулировка основной идеи текста). "The Titanic was the biggest ship, the fastest and the safest one. On the 14th of April, 1912 the Titanic struck the iceberg. Another ship the Californian ignored SOS signals from the Titanic. Some passengers escaped getting in the lifeboats, 1,500 people were drowned.
Группа Notion (отбор ключевой лексики текста): disaster happened, the trip, an eleven-story building, four city blocks long, 9 decks, to travel for fun, smooth, the particular part of the Atlantic, iceberg appeared, struck the iceberg, rockets fired from the Titanic, couldnt sink, lifeboats, escaped, were drowned.
Группа Diagram (создание схемы текста). This is a diagram of the route of the Titanic from Great Britain to the USA by the Atlantic ocean.
Группа Opposition (оппозиционное мнение, критическое отношение к содержанию текста).
