Have you ever been to a National Park?
Цель:
Познакомить учащихся с понятиями и реалиями national park, nature reserve, Yellowstone, the Great Smoky Mountains, the Grand Canyon, the Lake District, Everglades, а также с поэтами W. Wordsworth и S. Coleridge;
Развивать речевые навыки по теме.
Задачи:
развивать способности к сравнению, развивать память;
развивать речевые умения, учить пересказывать текст;
формировать уважительное отношение к природным богатствам страны;
развитие навыков групповой работы.
Речевой материал: лексический - an aim, a national park, a nature reserve, an alligator, to cover, a naturalist.
Ход урока
I. Начало урока. Введение учащихся в атмосферу иноязычного общения.
Приветствие.
T. : Good morning, children! Glad to see you. Lets begin our lesson on the theme «Have you ever been to a National Park? » At the todays lesson well talk about nature, environmental problems and national parks. And during the lesson I want you to think about the problem Nobody will help us and our planet if we dont help ourselves (Эпиграф выписан на доске). Well discuss it at the end of the lesson.
