Good afternoon students. Im glad to see you. Sit down, please. Today well speak about Components of electric circuits and learn about the Infinitive.
2) Актуализация опорных знаний.
So, first of all, lets revise what Electric circuit in general is. Now Im going to ask you some questions about electric circuit and you should answer them, choosing the right variant from the blackboard.
1) What elements does a circuit consist of? (The circuit consists of a voltage source, a resistor and a conductor. )
2) What is the function of a voltage source? (A voltage source supplies current. )
3) What is the function of a conductor? (A conductor connects the elements of the circuit. )
4) What is the function of a resistor? (A resistor reduces current. )
5) When is there no current in a circuit? (There is no current in a circuit because of an open, or a short. )
6) What does an open or a short result in? (An open, or a short results in no current in a circuit. )
