Внеклассное мероприятие по английскому языку "Books are our friends" в 6 классах

Задачи: активизировать изученный лексический материал,развивать творческую активность учащихся,развивать интерес учащихся к изучению английского языка,развивать мотивацию к изучению английского языка.

Оборудование: ноутбук,колонки,запись песни,карточки с заданиями,портреты английских и американских писателей.

Ход мероприятия

Teacher: Good afternoon,dear boys and girls! Today we are going to talk about books. "Books and friends should be few but good" says an English proverb. A book is a friend and a teacher. We learn many things by reading books. They teach us to live. When we read a book we never feel lonely. I hope most of you like to read. As for me Im keen on reading. And what do you think about books,boys and girls?
Students:Books are our friends and we want to talk about them.

Teacher: OK. Lets start. Ill divide you into two teams( учащиеся делятся на две команды,выбирают себе название). I want both teams to listen to the riddles and try to guess them( учитель задает загадки по темe "Books" на которые поочередно отвечают учащиеся обеих команд).
