We talk about London, GB. What do you imagine when you think about them?
A) When I think about GB I imagine very wet changeable weather, I see people working in their gardens. Every town has 1 or 2 garden centers. Many people in GB have a pet in their house.
B) When I think about GB I imagine beautiful sights. You can go to Madame Tussauds and see wax figures of famous people. And in Trafalgar Square there is the Nelsons Column. If you want to relax - go to Hyde Park or Regents. And in front of Buckingham Palace you see the Changing of the Guard.
C) When I think about London I imagine the country of many traditions. Some of them are old, another are very old. Сars in GB drive on the left. People are polite, hospitable, friendly. They are great tea drinkers. But they are not good at learning foreign languages.
D) And I imagine Liverpool. I like music and want to visit the home of the Beatles. Besides Ive heard much about bagpipes, the popular Scotish musical instrument. And besides I want to see the Scots wearing kilts.
E) When I think about London, I imagine a very old city. It is 2. 000 years old. It is situated on the river Thames. When travelling to the UK I arrive in Heathrow, the biggest airport in GB.
