Этап I. Организационный момент
- Good morning, boys and girls. Im very glad to see you. Sit down, please. Are you ready for the lesson? Lets start. What was your home task for today?
Этап II. Актуализация знаний
1. - Listen to my questions and write down your answers in your sheets of paper.
- Where can you buy aspirin? - At the CHEMISTS.
- Where do people keep their money? - In the BANK, etc.
2. Look at the first slide of the presentation, please! Its a map of a town. It isnt finished. There are only two buildings marked: the school and the chemists. The task is to complete the map using our words. Youll work in pairs. You will ask me and Ill answer the questions.
Pupil: Where is the bank?
Teacher: The BANK is next to the chemists on Park Road.
Pupil: Where is the café?
Teacher: The CAFÉ is next to the bank, etc.
3. Now change over your maps and lets check. You should correct your classmates maps.
