e must go,
Off to the corner she must go,
My fair lady, oh!
The leaders must invent a password for each side. For instance, "a drum" and "a bugle". Other pupils don,t know the password.
When all are singing the last line of the song the leaders put down their hands so that one of the pupils becomes a "prisoner". Then the leaders ask him: "Which do you choose: a drum or a bugle?" that is how the "prisoner" goes to this or that side. When all the pupils have been divided into 2 teams, we can see which team is bigger.
Stage 8. The Tower of London
We come closer to the Thames and our next stop is the Tower of London. The Tower of London was a fortress, a royal palace and later a prison. It is a museum now. There are a lot of interesting collections in the Tower of London. They are guarded by ravens. The legend says that without the ravens the Tower will fall.
The ravens will not let you pass if they don,t get acquainted with you. Please tell them about yourself. They want to know the following things about you:
1. Your name
2. Your surname
3. Your age
4. Your family
5. Your favourite subject at school
6. Your friend
7. Your hobby
8. Your favourite animal
9. Your favourite meal
10. Your favourite sport
(Учащиеся по очереди рассказывают о себе по плану)
Thank you for your stories. I think the ravens liked them very much.
Stage 9. The River Thames
Now we are on the bank of the river Thames. Near Tower Bridge. We may get our treasure but it is locked and the key is an English song. (Учащиеся по очереди исполняют знакомые им песенки).
