ed in a small garden. The garden was very nice with many trees and beautiful flowers. There were bluebells and daisies, buttercups and violets, tulips and peonies in it. They were very friendly and tried to help each other: every morning the joyful bluebells woke up the flowers with merry jingle, and the daisies hid the tender petals of tulips and violets from the burning sun. In the morning the flowers washed with dew and wished each other Good Morning and Good Day. "How do you do, Miss Rose!"-greeted her violets but the red rose ignored her neighbors; she thought that she was the most beautiful flower in the garden. The rose was proud of her thorns and from time to time she showed them to other flowers, when they wanted to speak to her or to play near this capricious flower. She didnt like neither noisy bluebells nor joyful buttercups. She thought that the sun was shining and smiling only for her and the wind wouldnt blow until she let him. Its scarlet velvet petals sparkled with dew, and all the flowers admired her beauty. Especially a purple peony, he fell in love with her in spite of her egoistic nature. The peony was a poet and every morning he wrote the poems and sang the serenates to his sweetheart. But the rose laughed at him. Looking around the Rose proudly raised her head and enjoyed herself. One day the baby wind came into the garden. He began to play with silk grass and beautiful flowers. When he blew stronger all the flowers have bent their heads down to the ground. But the rose decided to defend herself and showed out her thorns! Even mice were afraid of them, but the wind didnt mind them and broke the stem of the flower at once. The petals scattered and everyone saw аn ugly stem with thorns. The noisy bluebells kept silent, the joyful buttercup
