- A Computer in the room must be placed by the wall.
- working on the computer use the special spectacles.
- keep the time regime working on computer.
- each 40-50 minutes do break for 10 minutes. During this break it is necessary to do the complex of the exercises.
1. The Turnings of the head in sides 30-50 once.
2. The Bending of the head to right and left shoulder 10-20 once.
3. Circular motion by head on 5 once in both sides.
4. The Bending of the head onward n downwards 10-20 once.
5. Often flashings on 3 sec. With break 5 sec. The Repetition 5 once.
6. The Contrasting baths for eyes for 3 minutes in the morning and at night.
