Presley seemed to lose his popularity. The first reason was stagnation in his music and the second one was "the British Invasion" started by the Beatles. Oh, those were great rivals! He had to miss concerts and performances and even went to hospital several times. On the 16th of August 1977 Elvis Presley was found dead in his bathroom.
