, in republican fields accumulated a large number of lakes of spilled oil, the so called oil, which content is estimated at millions of tons. Along with these lakes, there are large areas where soil is mixed with oil to form sludge. The existence of such lakes and sludge causes extensive environmental damage.

Another problem is torch light gas. According to the data of specialists of this branch in Kazakhstan 4 mln. cubic metres of gas are burned. But the companies are not worried about it at all. Last year 55 mlrd. kilowatt- hour of energy were produced in Kazakhstan. It means that 1/3 of the energy of the country, carried away by the wind, returns with natural cataclysms. Its results are the streams of warm air which come in winter.
The climate of our planet is changing. There are often catasrtophical hurricanes, flood and drought. According to the scientists they occur more often and are more disastrous because there is no way to decrease the amount of carbon dioxide and methane which heat the atmosphere. According to German and American scientists the temperature in the world will increase in 6 degrees by the end of the 21st century.
