Could the conflict be avoided or was it inevitable? Why do you think so?

Why did a queer look come over John Arables face? Was he touched, ashamed or frightened?
5.
Make small dialogues. One of you should pretend to be one of the characters and explain the problem in several sentences. Another person must pretend to be a family psychologist and give advice about how to cope with it.
Example.
- Hello, Madam. Whats your problem?
- Oh, Doctor. Im in great trouble. I cant cope with my daughter. She has become so insolent and doesnt respect me and her father anymore.
- Why do you think so?
- My husband wanted to kill a runt pig that was going to die anyway and she cried like a baby and forced him to bring it home!
- Madam, dont you worry. This situation only shows that you daughter is kind and noble. Let her keep the pet.
6.
Formulate the idea of the story and say why you would or would not let you child read it. (4-5 sentences)
Hometask.
Write a short essay about a situation in your life when you quarreled with your parents because they behaved dishonestly from your point of view. (10-15 sentences)
