"P".
7. "Rotation". Stand on your feet and rotate a little on your axis. Which way did you turn? Counterclockwise -- "L", clockwise - "P".
8. "Strokes". With each hand, not counting, draw several vertical strokes in a row. Then count the strokes. Which hand did you draw the most strokes with? If you drew more with your left hand, write the letter "P", if with your right hand-the letter "L". If there are the same number of lines, then write "zero".
9. "Circle". Draw a circle with either hand and complete it with an arrow. If the line goes counterclockwise-put "L", clockwise - "P".
After that, you need to insert the data that you wrote in the formula: E LP - E p / (number of tests passed; LP-left hemisphere; PP-right hemisphere) and multiply all this by 100.
Then count the result:
More than 30 -- complete dominance of the left hemisphere.
From 10 to 30 - incomplete dominance of the left hemisphere.
From -10 to 10 - incomplete dominance of the right hemisphere.
More than -10 - complete dominance of the right hemisphere.
With the help of various exercises, you can not only find out which hemisphere is dominant, but also synchronize the work. There are various exercises for this purpose:
"Fist-palm". To perform this exercise, you need to put your hands in front of you: the left hand should be clenched into a fist; the palm of the right hand looks down and is located at the level of the opposite wrist. After that, you need to change their position at the same time. The fist should always be placed on top, and the palm should always be placed on the bottom.
