4. Circle examples of informal punctuation.
5. Find informal words and phrases in the letter that mean the same as these more formal words and phrases: / How are you?/ Thank you very much/ We have/ A lot of/ etc/
6. What expressions did the writer use before signing his/her name?
7. Underline and count all questions the writer asks in the letter.
8. How many main paragraphs are there?
9. In which paragraph does the writer mention their last letter and something in it?
10. In which paragraph does the writer give a reason for ending the letter?
