Tight jeans and T-shirts with printed names of the favourite emocore band, skate sneakers, many-colored stockings, a great variety of accessories, badges, bracelets characterize the image of the emotional young person.
EMOs listen to emocore which is the mixture of punk rock and hardcore tendencies. Sadness, love, a sense of guilt are the basic topics in the lyrics of the emocore. EMOs often listen to Rites of Spring, Embrace and My Chemical Romance.
