In everyday speech the word "Britain" is used to mean the United Kingdom and the British are those people who live on the British Isles. Our topic is "Familiar and unfamiliar Britain" Wed like to give you some interesting facts in geography, culture of Great Britain. And of course we are interested in character and lifestyle of British people. You know that full name of Great Britain is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. There are four countries in it. And now we are going to speak about them.
