The teaching career remains a difficult issue in the context of the professional mobility in a diverse Europe with an open labour market. Unlike in many other countries, the rate of teachers leaving their profession is not a problem in our country. This profession is currently a highly popular career choice, perceived as attractive and prestigious. In general, teachers are satisfied with and committed to their job, as implied by their strong motivation in seeking to this field in the first place. People choose the field of education for various reasons. The professional-pedagogical mobility and its development is an important problem of modern education system. In modern conditions, its solving is a necessary factor for successful development of the entire domestic educational system and a key for effective usage of the social-economic potential of domestic economy.
