The Subject: Shops and shopping
The Objectives: to develop the skills of dialogical speech on the topic through reading and listening;
to reinforce the vocabulary on the topic;
to enrich the pupils vocabulary;
to teach the pupils to do shopping wisely and choose gifts correctly.

The Procedure
I. Greetings: Good morning, children! Im glad to see you again.
1. Warming up:
oo How are you doing?
oo Why? Whats the matter?
oo Maybe its because of the weather?
2. Complimenting:
oo You are fantastic in your new suit! - Thank you!
oo Where did you buy it? - At "Global"
oo Orange suits you very much! - Thanks, you are very kind!
oo Your new blouse looks really nice on you! Is it new? - Yes. Thanks a lot!
oo Children, you look great today! - So do you!
oo Thank you very much!

II. Lexical drill:
1. Guessing game: Yesterday I went shopping and bought one thing. It is in this packet. Guess what it is asking me yes/no questions.
P1: Is it any food?
P2: Is it for a house?
P3: Is it for women?
P4: Is it for a body or for your head?, etc
T: Yes! Well done! This is a present for my friend who is having a birthday on the 17 of December.
2. Winter holidays: You know, winter is the season of holidays. What holidays do we celebrate in winter and when?
oo Christmas is celebrated on the 25th of December and 7th of January.
