Hello, children. Im a doctor of Medicine. Here are some useful advice for you. I advice you to ignore the lift, do morning exercises, walk a lot. Give up smoking, dont use alcohol! Train your body. Exercises your memory, eat a lot of vitamins.

Pupil 1: I think of sport, because it help us to be healthy and strong.
Pupil 2: As for me, I think of nature, as we can breath in fresh air walking in the fields and forest.
Pupil 3: I think of food. It is necessary to eat healthy food.
Pupil 4: Music helps to cure people.
