The aim of the lesson: to activate pupils knowledge about Kazakhstan.
The objectives of the lesson:
1. To enrich their word stock, to check up their knowledge about
Kazakhstan.
2. To develop their speaking habits and skills.
3. To bring them up to love our country, to be able to protect, and to
be an individual citizen of our country
Aids of the lesson: The state symbols, the map of our republic, flipcharts, slides, cards,
electronic translators.

1. Organizational moment.
Greeting. Disposing on an educational activity. Putting the aim and objectives of the lesson.
II. Warm-up: "Do you know Kazakhstan?
1. Is Kazakhstan a sovereign country?
2. What is its capital?
3. What is the official language?
4. Who stands at the head of our state?
5. Who is the president of the Kazakhstan?
6. What main cities of Kazakhstan do you know?
III. Main part of the lesson:
Kazakhstan as a sovereign country has its own state flag, state Emblem and anthem. There is "Shanyrak" - a circle on the top of yurta in the centre of the State Emblem on the blue background. Its 2 beams lying across symbolize the four parts of the world. The sun rays are spreading all around the shanyrak. The mythological horses - "Tulpars" - complete the ensemble. There is a star on the top and the inscription "Kazakhstan" below. The emblem is made in gold and blu
