1) At home you read the text. What tense is used in the text? How did you know?
- We can pronounce "ed" differently: t, d, ed
Work in pairs and put the verbs in the right column: opened, communicated, talked, answered, asked, entered, stopped, looked, appeared, carried, expected, listened, watched, checked, connected, touched, kicked, played, cooked, collected, cleaned.

II. Reading.

1. Work in a group. Read the text by turns. When I say "Stop", stop reading the first paragraph. When I say "Start", start reading the second paragraph. The leader of the group gives marks to the others in the group.

III. Vocabulary.
Purpose: to revise the topical vocabulary to help pupils be able to describe things
T - Lets go to the museum. What is there in the museum?
Pupils pull the pictures out from the box (flipchart)

IV. Practice.
1) Match the pictures and the two parts of the description.
Purpose: to reading and to revise past simple regular verbs
Assessment: Formative
