During the welcoming ceremony, visitors are usually offered to taste sopi -- the local palm wine. Visiting the palm wine production in the village will give you a new experience as well as a better picture of sopi.

Coffee and candlenut processing
While relaxing in Liang Ndara Village, you can visit the local coffee processing and enjoy the strong taste of the Manggaraian coffee. The coffee is processed traditionally by the locals using traditional tools thus creates the unique aroma and taste of the Manggaraian coffee.
