iendly. Edinburgh has a great past. It is an ancient city and you can touch on history at every step in Edinburgh. Practically every building has a tale to tell.
The two most interesting parts of the city are the Old Town and the New Town. The Old Town is situated on the Castle Rock. The New Town was built to the north of the Castle in the 18 century and was linked with the Old Town by bridges.

It has a lot of gardens and it is also a popular shopping centre in Edinburgh. Princes Street lies between the New Town and the Old Town. Edinburgh is the finest city in Europe which is hardly changed for century.
