To pop - to go somewhere quickly, suddenly or for a short time
Pop-eyed - having eyes that are wide open, especially because you are very surprised, excited or frightened
To spoil(spoiled, spoilt)- to change something good into bad
to manage- to succeed in doing something, especially in something difficult
cosy-easy and convenient, comfortable and safe
to devour- to read or look at something with great interest or enthusiasm
a search- an attempt to find somebody, something especially by looking carefully for them
to pick- there are 3 meanings of it
1) to choose from a group of people or things;
2) to take flowers, fruit;
3) to go somewhere in your car and collect somebody who is waiting for you
Fascination- very strong attraction, that makes something
Fascinating- extremely interesting and attractive
